When and where purchased:
Aug 2006. http://hyenacart.com/bugsnugger/
Specific item:
Custom knit longies, tester for new pattern
Customer service:
I put a high value on good communication. Diane kept me updated and sent me photos while she was working on the longies. She offered several options for colors and cuffs and made suggestions for what she thought would work best. She finished the longies very quickly.
Product review:
Diane’s pattern has a stretchy bum, which fits well over both bulky and trim diapers. The knitted stripe design is perfectly matched up on each leg and I love the decorative ribbing detail down the side of the legs. My dh thinks they are the cutest “pants” he’s ever seen. We will get a lot of use from these this fall and winter. _________________ Stacey, happy wife and mama to dd 3/05 and ds 11/07

Aug 2006. http://hyenacart.com/bugsnugger/
Specific item:
instock medium pink soaker
Customer service:
Excellent communication. Item was mailed right away with nice packaging.
Product review:
The soaker was well made, very strechy! Nice fit and seems like it would fit for a long time. Flawless knitting. It's really cute too!
I would definitely buy more! _________________ ~ Yustina ~

Specific item:
Tester for lavender scented organic eye pillow
Customer service:
This was my second transaction with Diane and customer service was great. When she decided to sew washable covers for the eye pillows after I already had mine, she made me a cover too.
Product review:
Lavender is a calming scent, so it's a good choice for the eye pillow. Dh and I have both taken little naps with the eye pillow on and it was relaxing. The pillow is nicely sized and weighted. The pillow is sewn from organic jersey, which is a soft fabric on it's own but covered by the OV pillowcase, it's really a luxury. Dd keeps stealing the pillow from me and walks around the house petting it and stroking it on her own face! _________________ Stacey, happy wife and mama to dd 3/05 and ds 11/07

When and where purchased:
email/trade November 2006
Specific item:
custom longies made from custom dyed yarn
Customer service:
Diane is so wonderful to work with. Her level of communication is outstanding. I could really sense how important it was that I was satisfied with DS's pants. She included a matching cap she made from extra yarn.
Product review:
BugSnuggers are great. I love her pattern. They "feel" lightweight and are so stretchy. When DS wears them, he runs around the house kicking and moving around and they adapt so well with his movements. But even better than being lightweight and stretchy, they hold up very well to wetness. I left DS in a diaper for four hours before I realized he needed to be changed, and it was only because I smelled the pee....his diaper was soaked and his BugSnugger's were dry! Give them a try!!!!!!

Specific item:
Large Berries BugSnugger Prototype Longies
Customer service:
Excellent, amazing communication and customer service, including great followup after I received the longies and tried them on dd to see what I thought of them.
Product review:
These longies were a prototype knit from superwash wool. They are much stretchier than any other longies I had tried on my kids, and I found they needed a drawstring to keep them from sliding down while dd crawled around (which Diane offered and sent quickly in matching yarn -- perfect, and solves the problem beautifully). I love the unique pattern, fit and look of these longies and hope to try another pair in more conventional-for-longies wool in the final pattern eventually! _________________ ::: lori, mama theboy (7) & girlie (5)

Diane is really sweet and helpful, and I had gone back and forth on buying this soaker for quite a while now, and pmd her about it..waited, then pmd again and when she offered it for hc, i totally had to buy it! she has lots of good comunication, and is helpful!
yep, i noticed her hand written note she included, and she drew a nifty little flower on it even! So sweet!
Product review:
the soaker is really cute, and its so tiny looking, lol! i yanked some and got it to stretch on my son, but really its for the new baby, it should fit really well, it looks very well made and has a cute star on the bum!
i wont get to use it, use it for a few more months, but the baby has something really nice to start its stash anyway! LOL! I cant say enough about how nice diane has been to me, or how cute the soaker is, and thanks again, diane! We really like it! _________________ mommy to two sweet little guys and my new baby girl!

Love the yarn! My crocheter is currently working on the rainbow and it is turning out stunning, the colors are so bright they just beg for attention. The rainbow yarn is so soft, both in color and texture, I can't wait to see it worked up, a very truly girly skein of yarn. _________________
