Anyone make their own? I was going to buy some today, but DH figured out a way to make it with the flakes & it's MUCH cheaper to make yourself... SOOOO being a cooking addict and cheap, naturally I'm gonna give it a go.

Anyone make their own? Would love tips, etc. If not, I'll update when I get the stuff & figure it out!

I've made it in my Vitamix. It is super duper easy.

Just tried this today Smile Made it in the blender. Just tossed in a few scoops of coconut flakes, added some water & then blended. After I was done I strained the coconut through a colander lined with cheesecloth. The cloth wasn't really needed & I dunno if I'd use it again. Was esier to sqeeze out the excess with my hands.
