I like to see everything at once. I don't like categories that I have to click through to find things.

Well my products all show up when you land on my page.... I just didn't know how people prefer to see them and I agree, I hate clicking through categories! What a pain in the A$$!!!!

If people do two very different things, say chocolates and handbags, then categories, but for most, I prefer to see everything.

From a marketing point of view, it's better for customers to see products right away - they may buy something they didn't know they needed until they saw it.  You've got the categories in the sidebar if they want to look more.

YES! The only thing that keeps me in other stores is clicking "show instock only" from the drop down at the top
