I can personally attest to the AMAZING flavor of the Coconutty Bars...ZOMG. SO good. So very very good.
But heck I am addicted to almost all the flavors. I get like 4 dozen at a time,lol!! I have Brennen (my teen son for those who may not know) eating them as breakfast bars to give him a good start in the mornings because he otherwise hates b-fast...but he loves these.


Trista IIRC the cal count ranges from the mid 200's through low 300's depending on the flavor. I use them as meal replacement for at least one regular meal nearly everyday or sometimes as a snack even. They also range from 8-12 grams of protein depending on which flavor so for me ( try and keep my protein count high each day) they are an easy way to get a really nice bump. Plus I love that she uses all organic and natural ingredients

And although I sounds like a freaking infomercial about now, I promise I am not paid to say this stuff I just seriously love these things.
