each doll stands about 8 inches high and all the pieces of the garment and little gifts, etc are knit separately. i think each doll took 8-10 hrs to complete. this is a gift for a friend who LOVES nativity scenes and handmade gifts.

That is awesome! I have a nativity from Lori (BTRT) that is needle felted but dd2 has pulled some headbands off. I love how yours looks so play worthy and even like kids could play with the sheep and people. I would love to knit something like this someday! That is HEIRLOOM stuff for a family.
