The picture doesn't do it all justice.
She sent me the most incredible Pride and Prejudice package.
First of all a gorgeous hardbound copy of the book. Then there was a great bumper sticker that will go on our car tomorrow, 6 fabulous word ribbons (I love these and can't wait to make journals with them, some great pencils with quotes from the book, some gorgeous yarn from one of my favorite dyers, four bars of fleur de sal caramels, and some yummy looking fudge I have been wanting to try.
I think I will be rereading the book tomorrow while eating fudge and caramel.
She also sent me this pattern via ravelry

I got my package on Saturday!! It was a beautiful skein of sock yarn, circ needles, yummy chocolates and some bookmarks & scribble page.

I got my package today.
I have been disenchanted with packages before, but this was definitely not one of those. It is the bomb!
Renee made a set of five peg people for the pamper swap.
Then on top of that I got two rainbow maker whirligigs, a bunch of peg people and some paint for my littles to paint their own (about 10 people) and then an awesome set of 5 bowls and mushrooms/ladybugs to go with it. With bags for each color and the sorting bowls.
And on top of all of that, I also got a Waldorf play book for ideas.

Girl, they haven't stopped playing with it since we got it.

It's amazing how much kids love sorting things.. When I was making yours, my kids kept trying to take them.. My 4 yo kept saying but mama I NEED more 
Also with the paint, it's super concentrated... I thin mine out with water to mine to make it easier to work with.

All I can say is WOW, WOW, WOW!! My package came from Elly this afternoon and she totally spoiled me - thank you so much Elly!
The theme was Grey's Anatomy, which, coincidentally, i had on when the mail came :P and the package contained:
* a gorgeous pair of fingerless gloves that Elly knit - i adore them, they are gorgeous
* a lighthouse book (not ferry boats)
* a tequilla lollipop (with worm!)
* a mini pie set (because Izzy baked) and apple pie filling (which I might just use for tomorrow!)
* a breast exam kit
* some dark chocolate goodies
* seattle rain body cream
* earl grey decaf
* rainbow stack of sticky notes
* and scrub soap (I get it, lol!)
and there is another package coming as well.
I feel so spoiled - thank you so much Elly - you totally made my day!

Yay, Bonnie - I'm so glad that it arrived safely! Some of the things weren't anything I'd normally add to a swap (the breast exam kit ) but I thought that they were not only practical but fit the theme. My family's full of medical professionals so I asked my aunt to grab two for me.
I forgot to write the date on the apple pie filling because I didn't use a sticky label! It should be good for about a year from now stored under regular canning conditions. The apples are Granny Smith.
I haven't seen the photos from your incoming package yet but I am DYING to see them. I might even be tempted to have one done for myself, even though the last thing I need is another one of these things.
Hope that you had a great day yesterday (and so happy it arrived Wednesday!).

Okay, okay, pictures as promised.
So, things with Pirate's dad are pretty good, and unless something crazy happens in the meantime, we're looking at getting married sometime in 2013. And, knowing me... well, we all know what that means. Bj's swap package was PERFECT. I had two people look at it and tell me, "I hope that isn't for NOW!" Ha. Ha. Ha.
And sock yarn for my Bee Keeper's Quilt.
