congratulations. that's awesome. I just hit 67 pounds lost...also going from a size 18 to an 8. i did it by switching to all raw vegan foods and working out. I feel crrrazy better... thought i felt okay at an active size 16 until I got lighter and stronger...energy is incredible! you look awesome. congrats again!

You ladies make me jealous. I want/need to lose at least 50 lbs to be healthy again. My doctor says do it and I say How! I really know how, it's just too hard. I can't exercise much without getting out of breath so I have to cut back so much that I starve. At least I feel like I am and that is what does me in. Enough whining.
You girls keep up the good work!

jen, this is awesome. beyond words. i am in the same boat as you were in, and i have bariatric surgery consult next week. i am so unsure about it. everyone tells me i can do it without the surgery, since i am 230lbs. at this point. seeing your pictures inspires me to try again without surgery. grats on looking and feeling so great!!!
