YUCK! No way I am paying double
I would be willing to pay more if they offered more streaming choices...as of right now, the kids occasionally watch Dora or Diego when they have free time, but hubby and I have pretty much exhausted the movies we had wanted to see.
You'd think they would offer existing customers a deal. _________________ Brittany~nursing student and SAHM to Cole 3/1/03 (autism), Jaden 8/31/04, Cameron 4/8/09, and Skyelar 11/8/11

I hope this doesn't change the year in advance my in-laws paid for our Christmas present... Wouldn't think they would be able to, but we/they won't be renewing! _________________ Jessy, Happily Married SAHM to Kaylee (Oct 06,) Alyssa (June 08) and Bubby (Dec 09,) and Tommy (Sept 11)

I like having both because there are some movies not offered on live streaming that are only available on DVD! UGH, now, I don't know what I will do, that stinks! _________________ Brenda

I know - I wish I could get live streaming. I have really old computers. There are some live stream movies I seriously want to see. _________________ Joyce - homeschooling WAHM to 4 wonderful kiddos Hillcountry Dollmaker Check me out at Lily Pad Landing and Fresh |

I will be cancelling. I'm not willing to pay $7.99 for just the live streaming or $7.99 for just one dvd. _________________ Becky's Paper Creations hc

I just read my email too. Not happy about it.
Admittedly, we use primarily the streaming. And often have movies for ages before we get to watch them. We could probably do just the streaming and then just use redbox when we actually want a dvd.
I'll have to see what dh wants to do. _________________ Kristina, wife to Ben, homeschooling, SAHM to 5 beautiful kids.

I was just thinking the same thing. We have had the same dvd here for 2 months now and I just sent it back. The kids watch the streaming every morning though. grrrr. _________________ ~ Bj ~ SAHM to 8 wild and crazy kids

It's not a huge jump for me - only $4 or so total. I primarily use it for streaming, but have been actually remembering to return the movies we get so have been using that as well lately. I can't complain - the last price change that i had from netflix was that my cost dropped $2/month - so if you factor that in, it is really only going up $2/month for me now. I haven't looked at other plans prices - if I change from 3 to 2 at a time dvds, it may end up not changing much for me at all.
on a similar note - who has hulu plus? is it worth it? we don't have tv at all so everything i/we watch is online _________________ ~Bonnie~

Dh decided we are going to try Hulu plus. We have 5 weeks free (one week trial, plus 4 weeks for connecting to facebook). I can even watch it on my phone! _________________ Janine
