A cloth bootie would make it more comfy, although those little ones may be too old. Maybe some good old chair cushions would work.

I like the large open spaces - lots of room for kids to run & play.

But I would have more cushions & soft fabrics.

What about when the kids are grown? I love it too but it wouldn't appeal across the age span, unless you really wanted to have to for your grandkids. =)
