Tell me it ends at some point....

EVERYONE in my house was sick in January. Bronchitis. Ear infections for the kids. Bleh.

Audrey got a fever AGAIN on Wednesday. Spiked to 103.7 last night. We're off to the doctor. Again. Today.

She has no other symptoms. No cough, no runny nose. Eating fine, drinking great. Just the fever. I'm thinking another ear infection, but ugh ugh ugh.

Come on! Even with her as a newborn last year, I went to the doctor less.

I know it ends but I can't wait. Joey woke up sick this morning. First day of February break. Now he says his ear hurts so we are headed to the dr this afternoon. I was sick on Tuesday with a stomach bug - have vomited in I do not know how many years other than when I'm pregnant.

spring can not get here fast enough.

we are still at the doctors 4 hours later. They drrw blood. Tried to get urine from a catheter 2X And we are on the second urine bag cause the first one leaked. Ugh ugh ugh I just want to go home and I'm sure audrey does too.

We're finally home. They had to try to cath her again, and we ended up having to catch the urine in the cup. Poor Audrey. She is so exhausted from all the crying.

I have to say though. I had my ring sling with me, and I wore her pretty much the whole time. Even at 6 months pregnant, and her being 14 months old and 19+ pounds, it was great! It was a great way to hold her and comfort her by wearing her on the front which I can't do with my Ergo right now. I can wear her on my back with the Ergo, but not the front with the baby belly. So, Thank you again to the HC mama (i can't remember who for the life of me) who made me that sling!!!!!

So far, none of the tests came back with anything. So, we're just waiting around now to see if the fever sticks around. If it does, we have to go back on Sunday. Sad

I'm so happy to report that Audrey woke up with no fever today and it stayed away all day! Yay!!!!!!!!!!! She's still sleeping more, but at least no fever! Woo hoo! Thanks everyone.
