Thanks everyone! He really puts a smile on my face and I am so going to miss is "wide smile" after his surgery in March.

Dawn,
That's understandable that you will miss it. His sweet "wide smile" will evolve into a different sweet smile. Hope you don't mind my asking but what all will they do in the first surgery?

They will put tubes in his ears, close his lip and do some plastic surgery on his nose. Oh and he'll get his mouth molded again for a new plate. I am so dreading March
