Go ahead,.... Fill in the blank!!!
I'll start!!
You know you knit too much when,....
You run around the house all day looking for a skein of wool you KNOW you had but,.. can not find it ANYWHERE. You destroy the house looking, you panic, feel sick, start to cry only to realize 2 hours later that you have already knit the skein into the sweater you are working on... you can't find it cause you already KNIT it.
If you have one that tops this,.. Winner declared and HC$ paid out but,.. feel free to keep playing _________________ ~Melanie

...When you fly 1500 miles across the country to spend a month with your child's paternal family, still have a week left until you return home, and your FOs so far fill up two plastic bags in your luggage.
Oh, and you get cranky on car rides when you have to pick between holding hands with the driver or knitting.
Or when said driver compares you to Madame DeFarge. Repeatedly. _________________ Elly

You know you knit too much when everyday you see your neighbour's licence plate that ends in DPN and you instantly think mitten thumbs... even in the heart of summer. _________________ WOHM to DD (10/07) - happily married since 05/05 to a DH I never see

This has to qualify - though it should say:
You know you FROG too much when you have a nightmare that the Christmas shawl you are knitting for your Granny in Law has to be frogged to the second increase and you wake up sweating and upset cause you just dreamed about frogging and it's just as bad as actually frogging.
Last night. |

You know you knit too much when your child is asked to write out her parents' hobbies for a school project and 'Mom yarns' is all she writes... _________________ Nisha -- Calico Cottage Designs mama of 2 boys 1 girl a and a lab

1. When the teacher asks for words that start with K and your Kindergartener says, "knitting."
2. You're halfway through mitt #2 and you realize that the teacher probably wants a left one, not two rights. _________________ Kari

When your husband asks, "What? Now you are putting trinkets into your knitting? He was actually referring to stitch markers. _________________ Erica

My oldest asked me if I could put the jewel on her next thing instead of on our youngest's longies. I had to explain what a stitch marker was and that I was *not* putting a bead with flowers hand painted on her brother's longies. _________________ Sweetie to awesome DH and wrangler of the dynamic duo , , and the dynamic duo 2.0 (twin sisters)
