OMG!! I can't believe I looked!! We have the wolf spiders around here. And, now I have the eebie jeebies!! Why are they called "wolf spiders"? you ask, because they BARK at ya here!! One time I thought a mouse scuttled across the floor, and I watched for a moment, but it didn't move. So, guess what I do? Move the milk crate to see if it really was a mouse. Uh, no....it was a wolf spider the size of my open hand!! Eekk!! Sorry, but I would never turn off the lights again if I let it live. So, yep, it had to go! I saw 2 more just a bit smaller than that and so far, we've only seen the little "MO tarantulas". But, EEEKKK!!! I think the kids building stuff downstairs scared it upstairs. And, then we had lightning just a few minutes before that scared it out from under our couch. EEEKK!!! I can't believe I wasn't frozen solid. Umm, my 4yo went upstairs to go to bed at that point because she woudn't put her feet near the LR floor! Worked for me!! Kymberli

Amazing pictures! What a cute spider. Spiders dont really bother me much. My dh HATES them though.
