This is a little set I knit for a friend who is due any day now. The yarn is Zenstring Verde worsted "Secret Garden". I wound this up over a year ago in hopes of knitting it for Lily, but it just never happened. So, I'm glad I finally figured out a nice little project for it. The solids are Merino Style and WOTA. I hope she likes it!
(the hat looks a little wonky in the pic, but has since dried just fine.)

Yes, Shannon, they're for who you think they are for. Customs have been slow, so I've finally had time to knit a proper baby gift for a change.

Ella and Jackie are both begging for a cardi now too. I have one almost done for Lily, and this is the second I've made for a friend. I think I may go raglan instead of yoke for my next trial. And perhaps just stockinette again or another pattern stitch instead of arrow head lace. I am having a lot of fun with these little sweater vest cardis though!
