Unsticky kids present swap

This is a Kids Christmas Eve present Swap (or if you dont celebrate Christmas, open when appropriate for your family). Your child will have a special present to open on Christmas Eve. You or your child will put together a package worth at least $15 before shipping, for another child on here.
Stealing the following PSA from Becky:
Follow through and don't be late. It is just not cool to leave a child hanging. If you are outside the US, please if at all possible ship a week early, same thing if you are shipping outside the US. I am serious about this. I can't believe how many people were late last time. If you have to tell yourself it is due a week earlier than it is.
Make a seperate post for each child. Each child participates seperately.
Min. value of $15 before shipping.
Sign up close Oct. 21st at midnight and forms are due by 9pm Oct.21st . I will make matches that evening. (do not be late)

Ship by date for International: November 22nd. (this includes shipping from the U.S. to other countries and from all other countries to the U.S.).
Ship date within the United States: December 1st
Please PM me if you have to ship after those dates.

If you have multiple children how important is it for you to only ship one package? If it is important I will try to assign you siblings of the same quantity, but I can't promise anything.

Is there anybody you do not want to give to or receive from?

Are there any particular children you would like to send to? I am more likely to be able to do this if you give me multiple choices. If you do not get one of those children, it is because many asked for the same child.

My son has this Ben10 armband http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=4048126 and there are additional peices that can go into it (little clear disks) that make this armband talk and make different noises and they come with a figurine he only has the one disk it came with (ultimate humongasaur? sp) so ANY OTHER disk/figurine would be great. (all big box stores carry these, walmart, zellers, target, etc I just did the links to toys r us so you can see pictures)

(I was gonna make him one) but if someone else can do it great(I've got so many other things to make it would be one thing crossed off my to do list!!) If there is anyway though I can know in advance if you are planning on providing him with a tail I'd appreciate it just since I do have to make sure he gets one no matter what and don't really want to end up with 2) the colors we like are blue, red, yellow, green, black. nothing pastel or girly. I don't care if you make it, or get it locally from someone who can make it or if it's store bought just this is something we really wanted.
