I'm procrastinating

I have to pick up a butt load of stitches. Picking up a butt load of stitches is not my favorite part of knitting. I love how it all looks when it's done, but I dread the picking up part of it all. So, either talk to me and help me procrastinate longer, or tell me to quit whining and get on with it. lol3

Although I really do sympathize because I hate picking up stitches too, I'm going to tell you to stop procrastinating and just do it. When I've got a bunch to do, I just have to tell myself that procrastinating isn't going to get someone else to do it and won't get it done any sooner.

I can't bring myself to tell you to stop whining though because I would be whining too. lol

Oh man, I really do need to just do it. I have to picture how nice it's going to look when it's done AND the customer is waiting on it. This is seriously a LOT of stitches. Seriously, really it is.

I often tell myself when I get to this stage I get to knit on my personal knitting for an hour or I get to read without knitting while I am reading or something like that.

I'm done picking up stitches! Now, off to do 1x1 ribbing on all those stitches. Thankfully it's only a few rows of it. Then I'm done with the sweater except for sewing on buttons!
