I'm sure you'll do great Vickie! Let us know.

I've starting wearing a pedometer. It's kinda silly, but I set goals for myself as to how many steps I want to take that day. I've definitely been moving more! It's the one from Weight Watchers and it tracks my activity points also.

I am taking a break from soaping for an unknow amount of time. Life has handed us many lemons and I'll be busy making lemonade.

we are waiting for an update :D !

I don't think I've lost or gained anything this week as I have been eating closer to my max number of calories each day as it's been a week full of birthday parties for us. I'm not even going to weigh myself this week. I've gotten so close to my goal weight now that I try to weigh myself every 2 weeks instead of once or twice per week. I've also allowed myself 80 more calories per day which slows down my loss but makes me feel "calorie rich"!

Ooooh I may have to get one of the ww ones. I have a freebie that came with some vitamins or something.....but if it could track my activity points that would be total incentive for me to move more.

I will have my weigh in results in soon......I like to wait till around 11am to step on the scale, I feel thinnest at that time of the day!! LOL

Good for you for having a system, every 2 weeks is good idea especially if you are close to goal (I can't wait to know what that is like) and there is nothing wrong with eating a bit more...80 calories isn't much and if that is what keeps you on track , stick with it!!

Vickie that's funny! I weigh in as soon as I wake up and go to the bathroom. I don't eat or drink anything before!

I'd been doing that.....last week I discovered (and it worked again this week) that I am lighter at around 11 than I am at when I wake up.

anyway I lost 2.6 lbs this week (a little less than I wanted) but I am down a total of 26.6 since end of january.....so not too bad.

Great job Vickie!!
I know that I dont have "a lot" that I need to lose. I was 115-119 before I got married/pregnant ( weeks apart ) and now I am 130-133 but something is *off* with me lately. I am depressed and get upset at the slightest thing and feel like my patience is gone before I even get out of bed Sad I don't sleep well either, the kids do still get up a few times a night though... I had my thyroid tested and that was normal. Any other ideas because my family and myself, we cant keep doing this...

Angel, I can definitely relate!! Big hugs!! My patience is completely gone! I really don't like the way I feel most of the time. I stay tired. I'm on a antidepressant/anxiety medicine, but I HATE having to rely on something like that! It's better when I'm on my medicine, but I still don't feel completely normal! I do think that I'm feeling a little (very little) better since I've been watching what I eat and not drinking so much caffeine. The kids and I took a walk this evening and it was the best part of my day! I'm going to try to incorporate more activity into our days.

That's why I am getting the double jogger. I don't know if it is the extra weight I am carrying/ not always eating healthy, if there is something medically wrong, or if I just have the normal feelings of a mom with a 1 year old and almost 3 year old!

If it is depression, exercise will help raise your serotonin level. Get back to running and see if you feel better. Make yourself do it even if you don't feel like it. If you don't start feeling better in a couple of weeks go back to the Dr.
