Specific Item: HC$ trade for 2 banners
Customer Service: Heather is fabulous and works very fast. She listened to all my requests and I gave her creative freedom to make something. She did a fabulous job making me a couple banners.

Customer Service: Heather is so friendly and very accomodating. I know I'll be doing more business with her in the future. My dh is new to HC and I was so glad to have everything go so well and can't thank Heather enough!
