Okay all you hyenas, you've asked for a safe place to post your fluff, brag, stalk, and celebrate, but let's all live and let live, shall we? Some of us live simply and frugally, others like to splurge on one-of-a-kind work of diaper art, and yes, we do know what our children are going to do in it Wink

It's all good.

Please post kindly, think twice before assuming someone is attacking your lifestyle, and most of all, have fun!

Some logistical stuff:

1) No signature pics, blinkies, or banners please. Links to other sites, businesses, etc. are fine though (oh, and a few smilies are good too). Don't forget, you can add an avatar image Smile

2) Feel free to have pics directly in your post Smile

Regarding "spam":
If you are a wahm and are starting a thread about your business, your congo, items your carry, polls about items you carry, or something similar it needs to go in the Marketplace or Wahm Research.
Please don't try to find ways around this. The forum titled "WAHM Marketplace" is there to use.
Wahm Marketplace -- is for sales and announcement
Wahm Research -- is for polls or to ask your customers questions.
Pictures of customs or items you crafted for yourself can go in crafter's showcase.
Wahm questions about your buisness can go in the wahm forum.
Any posts trying to get potential customers to your website, get testers, or get information from your customers should go in Wahm Marketplace or Wahm Research.
If somebody asks about products you carry, it is ok to answer, but only if they ask. If they ask where to find a certain fabric so they can make a diaper, it is not ok to say I have a diaper for sale out of that fabric. If they ask for a certain wahm's diapers, it is not ok to say I make similar ones.
Selling
Do not post items that you have for sale or trade (personal not business) in any forum other than fsot. That includes, stuff like, "I just accidently bought this who wants it".

As far as other spam, please do not post to it! Notify a moderator so it can be removed and please avoid bumping it up with a reply.

WAHM Chat and Wahm business marketplace:
For those of you pming the mods of the newly opened chat forum to be able to join, please only pm one. They are getting through the names as quickly as possible. It is a lot of extra work for them, to go to approve you only to find somebody else did.
For those that missed the announcement. We have reopened wahm chat. You have to be a member to read and post, but all you have to do to become a member is to pm ONE of the mods over that forum.
Please feel free to ask for help with your site pictures, layout, product placement, etc. Spam is not permitted. Spam includes any questions involving specific products, including direct links to your products, questions about why a specific product is not selling, asking people to buy a product, etc. All spam posts should be placed in the WAHM Marketplace.

If you are looking for trades, please do so in the I want this!!!! forum.

Polls:
If you would like to ask your customers questions you may do so in Wahm Research. Please read the stickies in that forum, to help you determine how to post there and what should go there verses in Wahm Chat.

One username
You are only allowed to have one username on the hyenacart forums. There is no need to have multiples. We have the fairy, mama hyena, and the mods to help you out with random acts of kindness, donating money anon., and other areas. If we notice that you have more than one username we will delete one of them. If another one is made after that, we will delete them all.

false ips
You cannot use false ips to post on this forum. If you do we can ban you, since the only reason for using false ips, would be to hide your identity.

be niceIt is not ok to say unkind things about other members or wahms. It is also not ok to share your less than positive experiences on the main forums. That is what the feedback forums are for.
This is not to protect bad wahms, but to protect the good ones. Too often a post is made about a wahm and everybody thinks she is bad wahm only to find out that it was a misunderstanding, but people don't go back and read that part.
Leave your less than positive transactions in the feedback forum.
If you need to find a wahm, you may post looking for her, but you cannot post looking for her saying that she isn't returning your emails and hasn't sent your products.

I just want to clarify our signature policy, since there has been some confusion about what is allowed and what consitutes a banner, ticker, blinkie, or smilie.
Please feel free to add your website links, the wording you want, and use the board's animated smileys and or other non-animated smileys.
Please do not use pictures, banners, tickers, sparkly names, animated smileys not on the board or blinkies.
Since it is sometimes hard to distinguish between a blinkie and an animated smiley, we ask that you only use the animated smiley's that are already uploaded to the board in your signatures. If you have a favorite small non-animated smiley that is not on the boards list of smileys, feel free to use it.
If you have a favorite animated smiley you would like added, please contact our resident smiley expert (Munkey Ciao) and if there is enough interest she will add it. Keep in mind that it would be impossible to add every smiley.

Regarding your inbox:
Please note that sent PMs stay in your "Outbox" until they are read. When they are read, they are moved into your "Sent" box. If the person never reads your PM, it will stay in your "Outbox" (I just realized that I have some in my inbox that I sent last December... :hides:)

Also...
Please do not start threads for the sole purpose of soliciting HC$ donations. If you see something you want that requires more HC$ than you have.. just reply to threads a bit more and before you know it, you'll have enough to snag that great deal.

You cannot use false ips to post on this forum. If you do we can ban you, since the only reason for using false ips, would be to hide your identity.
