Wholesale Info
Are you interested in carrying Naturally Luxe products in your store? If you would like further information, please email me or contact me through my store link. We even have international retailers, and with the International Flat Rate Priority boxes, shipping can be quite reasonable.
I do have a few of guidelines for selling my products, and they are outlined below:
1. I offer a discount of anywhere from 20-40% on the products.
2. I fill wholesale orders on a custom order by order basis. In other words, I may list the sugar scrub only available in two scents on the site (for in-stock items), but as a retailer, you may order them in any fragrance or essential oil that I have available. Products all carry a minimum order quantity for fragrance. (i.e. if you order body wash in lavender essential oil, you have to order at least 3 in that scent.) All products carry a minimum order of 3 per fragrance, or 3 period if there is no fragrance option available (like wipe solution or bottom balm). If you have a scent in mind that I don't carry, I am happy to order fragrance/essential oils to suit your taste. There are many duplicates of commercial perfumes or candle scents.
3. The lead-time is approximately 2-3 weeks for a wholesale order (not including time in transit), depending on the quantities and items ordered. That lead time will be updated and adjusted based on the current order load and all retailers will be notified of that as it changes. If ordering WOW Bars, the lead time will be longer based on cure time.
4. WOW wool wash bars are made to order, and carry a minimum order of 10 bars per fragrance. Liquid WOW and EeZee Lanolin Spray are 3 each per fragrance.
5. We offer a low first time order minimum of $75 for product (not incl. shipping). That allows you to try out the products and see if they will be successful in your store before making a substantial financial commitment. All subsequent orders carry a $100 order minimum.
6. I charge shipping accordingly, and will ship your order via USPS (with insurance and DC number) or Fed Ex Ground.
7. I do request that our retailers not price the items for less than we currently carry them in our store. I also ask that wholesale accounts do not run co-ops or group buys for our products without prior permission from me. During a short term sale a price adjustment would be fine. By placing an order, you are agreeing to abide by that request. You are welcome to use our descriptions and/or photos on your site if you would like. I just ask that you download the photos to your computer rather than link to mine, as I often move things around and delete pictures.
8. If you plan on no longer carrying our products, I would appreciate a quick note letting me know as much. I’m fairly easygoing and I like to keep my customers happy, I will extend every courtesy to you as well. If you do not place an order every 60 days, any exclusive fragrance or essential oils blends that you have will revert back to available to the public and other retailers.
9. Once you are granted wholesale status, if you do not place an order within 30 days (or contact me to let me know that you are still interested in being a wholesale customer), your status will go back to retail.
