We have three shipping days that we ship in-stock items. Monday morning, Wednesday morning, and Saturday morning. We try to ship in-stock items within 2-3 days. Custom items will be shipped within 1-2 weeks of receiving payment. If you need your custom items sooner, please let me know.
The shipping options are:
- Delivery within the United States ONLY First-Class
- Delivery within the United States ONLY Priority
- Delivery within Canada ONLY First-Class
- International First-Class
All United States orders are shipped using United States Postal Service. Included in your shipping is Delivery Confirmation. You may choose which shipping option is best for you. I charge as close to actual shipping costs as possible. Insurance is an option and the decision is up to the buyer. I cannot control if items are lost or damaged during transit, this is why I offer insurance. After your package has been received by USPS, I am not responsible for lost or damaged items that may occur in transit.
Shipping outside of the Unites States is available. Packages will be shipped through United States Postal Service International First-Class Shipping. Insurance is an option and the decision is up to the buyer. After your package has been received by USPS, I am not responsible for lost or damaged items that may occur in transit.
Larger orders may be shipped FedEx or UPS. If you want your order shipped with FedEx or UPS, please contact me and I will send you a shipping quote.
All orders are shipped to the address indicated on PayPal. Please make sure to indicate the correct shipping address on PayPal.
I try to reuse packaging, bubble wrap, and stuffing as much as I can to reduce waste and help the earth.
Returns
Please check your items once you receive your order. In the event that you were shipped an incorrect item, I will send you the correct item at no additional cost to you. You must contact me within 7 days of receiving your order.
Due to the nature of the bath products, crayons, and Soap Nuts, we cannot accept any returns.
Safety
As with all items, please be careful when using our soy crayons, bath soaps, Soap Nuts, lip balms, etc. Please keep these items out of reach of little children as we know how little children like to put items in their mouth.
