Payments:JoyfulRose accepts payments through Paypal. Please pay within 48 hours of purchase or your order may be re-listed. We
also accept payments through RME with adequate positive feedback
(either from Ebay or a reputable online forum such as: Hyenacart,
DiaperSwappers, Cloth Diaper Nation, The Pin, MDC, DiaperSewingDivas,
etc.). If you would like to purchase using RME, please contact me in advance to arrange this payment option.
Trades: JoyfulRose is happy to do trades! If you are interested in trading, please contact me
with the items you are interested in, items of equal retail value that
you have to trade, and links to at least 2 reputable online forums
where you have positive feedback (i.e. Ebay, DiaperSwappers, Cloth
Diaper Nation, DiaperPin, HyenaCart, etc.)

Graphics Design Terms of Service: All graphic designs (i.e., Hyena Cart designs, business card designs,
animated banners, art designs, etc.) purchases are final. We will work
with you to ensure that your final designs are perfect, but we cannot
offer refunds for this type of work.
JoyfulRose retains copyright ownership of all designs created. Upon complete payment, client is granted license to use final designs for their business. Rights to photos, illustrations, graphics, and source code are not transferred to the client, but remain the property of their respective owners.
* By supplying images to JoyfulRose you acknowledge that you own them or have permission to use them.
* JoyfulRose is entitled to modify or alter any images provided for your design.
* JoyfulRose retains the right to display modified images as used in the final design for marketing purposes (appropriate credit will be given on our Hyena Cart "Credits" page).
* JoyfulRose retains the right to use any final and preliminary designs for the purposes of our marketing and portfolio.
Packaging: Each
hand-sewn purchase from JoyfulRose will arrive beautifully wrapped in
tissue paper and raffia - ready for gift-giving or as a special present
for you! Most items include instructions for the use and care of the item.
Every JoyfulRose Baby Sling purchase includes a full-color brochure
with pictures and written instructions for the different carrying
positions, hints and tips, and washing/drying information. If you have
any questions regarding the care or use of our items please contact us and we will do our best to help!
Shipping: In-stock
items will be sent within 3 business days of payment received.
Custom-made hand-sewn items will be shipped within 2 weeks of customer
approval. All orders are shipped using the US Postal Service.
Customers may choose between First Class or Priority Shipping. Each
order includes a Delivery Confirmation number so that you can easily
track your package. Shipping charges are calculated by weight and
the cost of packaging, ink, labels, etc. We charge as close to actual
shipping costs as we can. All items will be shipped to the
address provided by Paypal. Make sure that your Paypal mailing address
is correct. Please consider purchasing Insurance as we cannot be held
responsible for packages lost or damaged in the mail. In the
event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will
contact the buyer. We will then re-send the package at the buyer's
expense. Upon request, we will ship UPS, Fedex, or DHL. If you
would prefer one of these options please let us know at checkout and we
will invoice you shipping fees according to your needs. We are
happy to ship outside of the United States! International packages will
be shipped through USPS International Priority Shipping. We HIGHLY
recommend that the buyer purchase insurance. Once your package enters
the postal service we are not responsible for your items. International
Packages will be marked as merchandise (not gifts).
Returns: We
appreciate your business and want you to be happy with your purchases.
Please double-check your items upon receipt for order accuracy.
In the rare event that there are flaws in manufacturing that will affect the function of the item, please contact me for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. This number must accompany all returns.
At our discretion we will repair or replace hand-sewn items with manufacturing defects that are returned within 7 days of purchase. We will reimburse shipping costs from the customer and pay for shipping of the new/repaired item.
In-stock items that are the wrong size may be returned in new, unwashed condition within 7 days of purchase for exchange or refund. Please contact me
for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number before returning any
items. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs; please double-check
measurements of our items before purchasing. If you have any questions
regarding sizing, fabrics, construction, etc., please contact me before purchase.
Important: we will not accept
returns for any items, regardless of manufacturing flaws or sizing
issues, that have been washed, worn, soiled, or have strong smells.
Also, we will not accept returns on any item purchased second-hand. Seconds
and Testers are sold without warranty or guarantee. They will not be
accepted for return, repair, or refund. Custom items will only be
accepted for exchanges if there is a manufacturing defect.
Ordering Policies: In
the event that we can't complete a custom-sewn order (based on
inadequate fabric sent or inability to procure customer's fabric
choice), we will contact the customer and offer a refund or exchange
for another item. If an item oversells I will contact you as
quickly as possible. You will be given the choice between accepting a
refund or choosing another product of equal value. Occasionally we offer Gift Certificates. These can be used on our main Hyenacart site: Hyenacart.com/JoyfulRose In
the event of a typo or accidental error in a price or listing we will
contact you as soon as possible. We will offer you a choice between a
refund or the item at the correct price with a discount. We reserve the right to refuse service and/or blacklist customers based on feedback or negative past experiences.
Safety: As
with all items designed with children in mind, please be careful when
using your hand-sewn items from JoyfulRose. We cannot be held liable
for any injury or accident relating to the use of our products.
Note: All
hand-sewn items are created in our smoke-free, pet-free home sewing
studio. Items may have inconsistencies in stitching or snap/aplix
placement but these will not affect the function of the item. All materials are pre-washed in a mild detergent before sewing to help prevent shrinkage and bleeding of colors.
