WE SHIP DAILY MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY!

Please note that paying through Paypal using the eCheck option delays your order shipment.  This is because we are not able to print a shipping label in Paypal until the check clears. 

The address we ship your package to is your shipping address in Paypal.  Please make sure this address is correct/current.  We cannot be responsible for lost packages which were shipped to an incorrect address provided by you. 

Replacement for items damaged in shipping is included in the price of shipping - We just ask that you return an item damaged in shipping to us.

To pack your order and protect your Baltic Amber jewelry, we use a small amount of a special biodegradable and non-toxic bubble wrap (Bio-bubble) and ship in a recycled mailer.

So that we may serve you most efficiently, please provide us with your 5-digit order number.  This number can be found:

1)   In your Paypal payment information;
2)   In a confirmation e-mail you receive after placing your order on our website;
3)   On your packing slip that is shipped with your order.


DELIVERY WITHIN THE US:


First class mail averages 3-5 days handling time by the post office.  

USPS priority mail service is available for an additional fee. 
Priority mail averages 2-3 handling time by the post office.

USPS tracking numbers are automatically generated and e-mailed to you when we print your shipping label.  You can track
your package's shipping at:  http://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm


INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:


TO CANADA

Priority mail averages 1-2 weeks handling time by the post offices.
First-class mail is averaging 2-3 weeks handling time.  Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. 


TO ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS

Priority mail averages 1-2 weeks handling time by the post offices.
First-class mail -.Effective 10/2009 we are no longer shipping  first-class mail to destinations outside of North America.  The postal service has not been providing timely delivery on first class packages and has even lost quite a few!  As this is not acceptable to us or to our customers, we have discontinued the service.
