Shipping / Returns
- Our jewelry ships First-class delivery for $2.95 for the first item and $.17 for each additional item within the U.S. Priority shipping within the U.S. is $7.50 for the first item and $.07 for each additional item. First Class service to Canada is $9.95 for the first item and .25 for each additional item. Insurance is included!
- We are located in, and ship from, the US. We ship daily via USPS Monday through Friday. Orders are prepared for shipping within 24 – 48 hours of receipt.
- For shipments within the U.S., handling time by the post office for First-class mail is generally 5-7 days; handling time for Priority mail is generally 2-3 business days. For international shipments, handling time by the post office for First-class mail is generally 4-6 weeks (we do not ship to locations other than Canada via First-class mail); handling time for Express mail is generally one week.

**Note: If the
length necklace you've ordered/received does not seem to be the best,
here are a few ideas you may find useful: 1) An amber necklace
that is strung with knots in between each bead can be stretched about
3/4" in length without effecting the look of the necklace if the stretch
is done properly. E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org
for clarification on how to do this. 2) If you have ordered a youth
necklace that is too long, the length can be shortened by simply tying
an overhand knot in the strand (as if you were tying a knot in a
If you are unhappy
with your purchase for whatever reason, we are happy to take it back and issue a refund. Please note we do not exchange
merchandise. We simply refund your money for any item you want to return
and you are free to order another item at your convenience.
How to return merchandise: Within 30 days from the date your order was delivered, send us an email at
email@example.com and let us know what you are wanting to
return and why. We will give you a return authorization code to put
on the package you send back to us. Return the merchandise in our
original packaging and be sure to get delivery confirmation
service so the package has tracking. When we receive your return
we will issue a refund for the merchandise you returned.
*IMPORTANT* We cannot process returns that do not have a return authorization code.

When we make a mistake
Occasionally we do make mistakes when packing your order - so sorry!
If you receive an incorrect item, we will get the problem corrected
right away and, of course, at no cost to you. Just send us an email
including your order number and the issue and we will get it taken care
of right away!
