Mission Statement:
It is the goal of Lily Pad Landing to be a premier boutique with a
reputation for offering distinctive handcrafted items of unsurpassed
beauty and quality with outstanding customer service. If you have any
questions about our products, please feel free to contact us.
Payment:
All forms of PayPal payments are accepted. Payment in full is expected
at the time the order is placed. We recommend that you consider
purchasing insurance as Lily Pad Landing and our artisans are not
responsible for lost, stolen or damaged mail. Each Lily Pad Landing
artisan has the right to refuse any order for any reason.
Shipping:
In-stock orders will be shipped within 3 business days unless otherwise
stated in the product listing. Custom orders will ship according to the
information given in the product listing. Lily Pad Landing artisans
ship via the United States Postal Service - First Class with Delivery
Confirmation. Shipping charges are based on weight, a shipping credit
may be offered for multiple purchases from the same artisan, at the
discretion of the artisan. Please contact the artisan for a quote. You may choose a Priority Mail upgrade at additional cost.
International orders may incur a separate shipping charge for shipping
outside of the United States. In addition, the customer is responsible
to pay any applicable duties, taxes or customs fees. Shipping may not
be available to all countries, please email the artisan prior to
purchase if there are questions on International charges. Please note
that International Lilypad Landing artisans will ship via air mail with
insurance.
Returns and Warranty:
Please contact
the artisan immediately if there are any problems with your order, and
before returning any product. Returns will only be accepted from the
original purchaser and must be in resalable condition. Returns are
accepted if an item is found to have a manufacturing or material defect
within 14 days of receipt.
Returnable defects are:
- Thread or elastic is pulling out or there are gaps in stitching
- Snaps are cracked, not closing properly or popping open.
- Knitting or crocheting is unraveling.
Returns will not be accepted on items which are:
- Cared for in a way contrary to artisan's care instructions
- Marked as seconds, imperfect and the like
- A custom fit different from the artisan's usual measurements
- Personalized items
- Bath and body items
- Personal items such as cloth pads and undergarments
- Perishable items
Items may be returned for repair, replacement, or store credit, at the
artisan�s discretion. Store credit will be at least equal to the amount
paid for the item, and is non-transferable. Customers are responsible
for
return shipping costs.
Disputes:
We want you to be happy with your shopping experience. If you are unhappy with a transaction, please use our Contact Us page to contact
the store you purchased the product from. If you feel that the store is
not responding within a reasonable amount of time, please contact
customer service through the Contact Us page.
Release:
Lily Pad Landing, it's owners and administrators, are released from
claims, demands and/or damages of any kind, both actual and
consequential, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way
connected with any dispute.
Liability:
Lily Pad Landing, it's owners and administrators, will not be held
responsible for the actions or lack thereof of any artisan at
www.lilypadlanding.com. Lily Pad Landing does not control or guarantee
the quality, safety or legality of items offered, the truth or accuracy
of information listed, or the completion of transactions. Any claims
for damages arising out of a transaction must be made against the
individual artisan and not Lily Pad Landing.
Lily Pad Landing, it's owners and administrators, are not liable for
any loss of money, goodwill or reputation, or any special, indirect, or
consequential damages arising out of your use of this site.
Lily Pad Landing reserves the right to refuse sales and/or service to anyone for any reason.
It is understood that by purchasing from a Lily Pad Landing vendor that you agree to these policies.
