I strive to get embroidered items out as quickly as possible and they often go out the next day. But during the cold and flu season, if someone is very sick in my home I do not work on customer stuff for fear of shipping germs so sometimes it can take up to 3 weeks.
I always strive to keep my customers informed if there are issues causing a delay in an order. If you have any questions at all please feel free to email me and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
