Payments

At this time we accept Pay Pal (both funded and credit card). Payments must be received within 24 hours or items will be restocked. In-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days of cleared payment, and will be shipped to the address provided by Pay Pal unless we are otherwise notified with payment.

Note to stalkers: If you are stalking for someone else and are successful, please Email us right away to let us know who you were stocking for, the order number, and the email address for the person you were stocking for. This way we can send a new invoice to the actual purchaser.

It should look something like this: "Hi, I'm ______ (Email address ______@yahoo.com) I just stalked order #__ for __________@gmail.com. Can you please send an invoice to her?"

Please note that if you are stalking for someone else, and they back out of the item, you are still responsible for payment of the item, so make sure you know who you're stalking for.

If you would like your item sent to your knitter: Please be sure to change the "ship to" address though paypal. This is the best way to insure it goes to the correct address, and we really appreciate it!

CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS

purchases made within California will be charged sales tax at checkout.

When ordering from Kim, your sales tax will be 8.25%.

When ordering from Tina, your sales tax will be 9.25%

About hand dyed yarns

Yarns grouped together in our listings will ALWAYS be of the same dyelot, although due the the nature of hand painted yarns slight variatons will occure. We recommend that you alternate skeeins when working with more than one for a project.

Even more variation between skeins is typical of kettle dyed yarns.

Shipping

We will send a revised invoice for muliple listings purchased from the same dyer, so that you may save on shipping. Shipping is listed for US addresses and there will be a flate rate of $5.00 to international locations. If your order is either a dollar more or less than $5.00 we will either refund you the difference or ask for you to pay any extra. If you would like an exact shipping quote, please do not hesitate to ask and we will get that for you.

Returns

We will accept returns on unused, unwashed and unaltered in-stock items (customer pays return shipping). Please contact us within 48hrs of receiving item to make arrangements for return. Refund will be issued once item is received by us.

Yarn: Please make note of approximate yardage and gauge information prior to ordering. Yarn may not be returned once it has been cast on.

Knitted items: Please take careful measurements before ordering. Returns for in-stock unused items can be made within 30 days of purchase. There are no returns on custom work unless there has been an error on my part. Pooling is not considered a flaw. If you would like us to try and avoid pooling for a custom, please inform us prior to beginning of work. Some additional fees may accrue

Custom work

Occasionally custom yarn and wool slots will be available. We are happy to create to your specifications however we are unable to re-create a WAHM’s colorways – you are welcome to describe colors, etc. but we will not ‘take’ another’s hard work as we hope our work is also respected by other WAHMs and artists.

Extras

All completed items will arrive to you freshly washed and lanolized, complete with a care card. If you would prefer we not lanolize the wool covers, soaker or longies, please let us know when you order.
