*PayPal and Money Orders are accepted.
*Payment should be sent within 72 hours purchase and/or closing of the item.
SHIPPING
*I ship from my home 2-3 times per week. Finished items generally ship within 3 business days (M-F) of payment recieved.
*Design your own items and any item needing sewn will ship within 14 days of payment.
*All packages will have a DC# assigned. I print my labels from USPS.com and Paypal you will receive an email generated from USPS.com or can view status via paypal. A scan form is generally used on priority shipping, so you will be able to confirm that your package is in the usps system with priority shipping.
*Insurance is your choice. I will not replace or refund items damaged and/or lost by the USPS if you choose not to insure.
*International orders welcomed. I am NOT responsible for any items held by foreign customs. It is YOUR responsibility to know the regualations for the allowances in your country. No additional forms of paperwork, such as certificates of origin etc, will be provided.
The above regarding first class and insurance apply to international shippments as well.
RETURNS
*If there is an issue with your item you need to contact me with 36 hours of receiving your item.
*All returns must be clean, unused, and unwashed.
*Return shipping is paid by the buyer. If I need to send out a replacement or a repaired item, then I will pay the shipping back to you.
*Refunds are only given upon return of the item and after finding it is new, unused, unwashed condition. Violating those conditions voids your right to a refund.
*If an item is found to be defective the choice is a replacement or a refund upon returning the defected item.
*I realize unique curcumstances can occur. And am will to discuss individual cases as they occur. However these are my policies and I obtain the right to stand by them.
DESIGN YOUR OWN ITEMS
*I am licensed by 5 different companies: Very Baby, Little Comet Tails, Pampered Cheeks, Chloe Toes, and Elizabeth Lee Designs.
* My design your own offerings allow to make certain choices to design your own finished product. The details for each item will be listed within the listing. It would things like size, outter prints, types of closures, etc.
*Design your own items have to be sewn after you make your choices. Work time is 14 days AFTER you give me your choices.
*These are NOT customs as far as taking all your babies measurements and making something from those numbers. However you will have choice of a size range to pick from.
*Payment is expect within 36 hours of the item being purchased/closing.
*Once you email me your choices no changes are permitted.
OTHER TIDBITS
*Most items are prewashed via the prewashing of raw materials prior to construction. However, it is still a good idea to wash items before using them.
*We are a totally smoke free home.
*We are basicly a pet free home in as much as your items should be free from any dander etc. We have fish, snake, a bearded dragon, some rats, and cat (who ONLY lives in the master bedroom and bathroom due to my children having allergies, the cat does NOT have access to the house or to any of my sewing working areas)
*I strive to live at peace with those around me. I want you to be happy with your item. And though I have policies in place, I am always willing to discuss and listen to any issues.
