Payments:
Please pay for your items upon checkout. Any items not paid for will be restocked after 48 hours.

Shipping:
All shipping fees include delivery confirmation provided by the USPS. Should you require insurance or a different form of shipping please email me at chatongris@hotmail.com to arrange this before your purchase. If you buy multiple items I am happy to combine shipping, please email me and I will give you the appropriate refund. Items will be shipped within two - three mail days unless otherwise noted. I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Returns and Exchanges:
It is my goal to makey you 100% happy with your order, but if you are disappointed in your purchase, please email me at chatongris@hotmail.com within seven days of receiving the item(s) so we can arrange a return, exchange, or store credit. I want you to be happy.
All shipping fees are non-refundable. Items must be returned in unwashed, unworn, undamaged condition to be returned or exchanged and be returned within thirty days of purchase. Please make sure to check the measurements, and ask all questions you may have before purchasing.
Returns on custom orders will only be accepted for gross misrepresentation of the item(s).

Care:
Please take care with these hand made and/or embellished items. For handpainted shirts, I recommend machine washing on cold, delicate cycle, with a non-bleach detergent and tumble drying on air or hanging to dry. Oxyclean, bleach, and similar cleaners are to be avoided. For all handpainted items, please do not iron over embellishments. Knit items unless otherwise noted should be handwashed in tepid water with wool wash.
