Yarn Colors: Please keep in mind that colors vary from monitor to
monitor, I cannot be responsible for varying shades of color that you
see, versus how the color actually is on the item. You may not return
items that do not perfectly match the colors your monitor.

Custom items may not be returned due to the product being
one-of-a-kind and created specifically for you. Items listed as seconds
are not returnable, unless there is a defect which was not noted in the
description.
I want you to feel completely satisfied that your purchase was
listed correctly prior to purchase. Please feel free to ask questions
before you place your order. I will refund the purchase price, not
including shipping, of returns made within one week after receipt of
the merchandise only for items which do not match the item
description. You may not return items because they are too small/big,
changed your mind for any reason or buyers remorse... Please note that
items that have been washed and/or used are not eligible for return.
All other returns are at the discretion of the seller. You
must contact me by email with the issue and you must send your return
within 1 week after delivery to you. The item(s) must be returned in
the exact condition in which you received them, unwashed and unused.
Delivery Confirmation will be required on the returned items. Once the
item is returned in new condition, I will provide a refund minus the
shipping costs. All of our yarns have been washed, heat set, and should
run clear. Items are not lanolized unless you request for them to be or
otherwise stated in the listing. Just to be on the safe side, it is
still recommended that you hand wash all your items prior to use.
Please keep in mind that some wool washes may contain products that can
cause the dye to release. To be safe, we recommend unscented wool wash
as the best way to care for all your fine woolens.
