Wild Child Woolies pants, shorts and soakers are made from soft wool blend of 97% wool and 3% lycra hand dyed with professional sabreset dyes in a rainbow of luscious colors. Wool interlock is nice and stretchy- particularly the wool blend. You will find it nicely on tiny bird legs all the way up to giant elephant trunks! Some small and medium may have hidden (from the outside) snaps in the waistband to attatch the modified tee.

Sizing-
Please measure your child before purchasing! Sizes are approximate. Each item is individually handmade and there may be a small variance from one item to the next. Sizing can also be a very personal preference. Some people like a very high rise and like to size up particularly on soakers. Some like a lower rise. The important thing to remember is you want the diaper completely covered in the back and on soakers no gapping at the legs.

Pants/Shorts:
Pants and shorts are available in extra small through extra large. I have designed them to be plenty full in the trunk! The sizing is generous, I do not recommend sizing up.

Newborn:
waist size 12" to about 18"
thighs of at least 10"
shorts inseam of about 2" flat
longies inseam of about 6.5" measured flat and uncuffed, down to about 4.5" fully cufffed
rise is about 14" with 6.5" in front and 7.5" in back

Extra Small:
waist size 12" to about 18"
thighs of at least 11"
shorts inseam of about 2.5" flat
longies inseam of about 7.5" measured flat uncuffed, down to about 5.5" fully cuffed
rise is about 14.5" with 6.5" in front and 8" in back

Small:
waist size 13" to about 21"
thighs of at least 11.5"

Soakers NEW Sizing 12/07:
It is not unusual for babies to fit into more than one size at a time. Please use the rise as your main gauge in sizing. Wool interlock is so stretchy, it is very unusual to not fit in width, waist or thighs. Age ranges are only for a VERY loose estimate. Please do not use this as your main sizing criteria!

New sizing changes! I have created a slightly more scooped belly in the front, narrowed the hips a smidge and made the sewn in doubler slightly larger. Overall the changes are not very dramatic but the result is a trimmer fit under clothing while keeping the rise where it needs to be in the back. Remember, these are supposed to fit with a hug! They will stretch amazingly. Reshape to dry after washing and you'll get that trim fit all over again.

Extra Small (up to about 6 months):
waist size of 12" to about 18"
leg opening of 6.5" to about 11"
rise approx. 15" with 8.25" in back and 6.75" in front

Small (about 3 months to about 12 months) :
waist size of 13" to about 20"
leg opening 7.5" to about 12"
rise approx. 16.5" with 9" in back and 7.5" in front

Medium (about 9-24 months):
waist size of 14" to about 22"
leg opening 8" to about 13"
rise approx. 18" with 9.75" in back and 8.25" in front

Large (about 18 months -3 years):
waist size of 15" to about 23"
leg opening 8.5" to about 13.5"
rise approx. 19.5" with 10.5" in back and 9" in front

Extra Large (about 2.5 years+):
waist size of 15" to about 23"
leg opening of 9" to about 14"
rise approx. 21" with about 11.25" in back and 9.75" in front

Tee pricing:
Available in 3-6m, 6-12m,  12-18m 18-24m and toddler  4T. Base price for short sleeve tees is $9, long sleeve is $10. Add snaps to infant sizes for $2.

Dresses may be available for $11 short sleeve, $12 for long sleeve.

Embroidery is based on the number of stitches in the design and priced at standard $1/1,000 stitches.

Special dyes (dip dye, LWI dye or painting) is $4 additional per piece, up to 3 colors.
All items are made by myself in my smoke free, pet friendly home. I do try to make sure your order will arrive pet hair free but if you have a severe allergy we do have 1 short haired dog in our home.
