Once an item is purchased, payment is expected with in 24-36 hrs. If payment has not been made then you forfeit your purchase and it will be relisted, unless a previous agreement has been made. 

 

   For in-stock items, we ship within 2-3 business days. For custom orders, please allow 2-3 weeks for completion. Unless specified, items are shipped by USPS First Class. If you desire to upgrade please contact us. Delivery confirmation is included on all domestic orders. (International orders do not include Delivery Confirmation.) Insurance is extra and is recommended, once a package has left our hands we are not responsible. Any shipping overage exceeding $2 will be refunded.

 

Insurance: 

     Optional, up to the buyer. We cannot be held responsible for items once they have left our hands.

 

 We do not take returns. However, we will replace defective merchandise; this does not include sizing mistakes on the buyers part. There are no replacements for seconds. 

 

     Items you are buying are new/unused product, unless otherwise specified.

 

       If you see an item not listed in your desired size please feel free to email us at whimsicalprairie@hotmail.com. A 50% deposit will be required before starting work on a custom order, w/ the remaining 50% due at shipping time.

 

All items are created in smoke free, pet friendly homes. 
We do however strive for items to be hair free. In order to try to reduce any risk of pet allergies we will be more than happy to run a lint brush over items before shipping them to you.
