We are a collection of artisan shops featuring handmade items for the natural newborn and new mama!

Shopping With Us

Once you are logged into your HyenaCart account, please be aware of some important points while shopping with us:

    1.    Clicking the “Buy Now!” button on a product listing commits you to purchasing that item.
    ◦    There is NO Shopping Cart or Confirmation Page on Bitty Fluff.
    ◦    All products are sold individually; nothing is placed in a cart for further shopping or cart-combined shipping.
    ◦    Once you click “Buy Now!” you have purchased that item and will be brought immediately through the checkout process provided by PayPal. This will occur for every item purchased.

    2.    Entering a “Drawing” or bidding on an “Auction” commits you to purchasing that item if you are the winner.
    ◦    Winners will be invoiced upon drawing/auction close and will be responsible for remitting payment as specified by the seller.

    3.    Items purchased from different shops cannot be combined for shipping.
    ◦    Our artisans are happy to combine most orders of multiple items from within their individual shops. However, due to location differences, items purchased from different Bitty Fluff sellers cannot be combined.
    ◦    Please contact each shop owner using the link provided under their individual store header if you wish to discuss combining orders for their products.
