All items are shipped within five business days, but may take up to two weeks to arrive as we are currently overseas.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Your satisfaction is very important. Carefully inspect your purchase upon receipt for order accuracy. Check fit and quality prior to washing or wearing.

We absolutely stand behind all of our products and want you to be pleased with your order. If the rare event occurs that your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact me at customerservice@hooahbabies.com. Please include shipping invoice when returning items.

We will repair or replace (at our discretion) any items with a manufacturing defect within 90 days of purchase. We guarantee snaps on diapers for the lifetime of the diaper.

We will not accept for return any items in washed, worn or used condition, unless the above manufacturing warranty applies. Normal wear is not considered a manufacturing defect. Dyeing, bleaching, boraxing, boiling, using harsh stain removers, scrubbing with a toothbrush or running your diapers through the dishwasher voids all warranties. Additionally, we do not guarantee, replace, refund or repair any items purchased secondhand.

Seconds are sold without warranty or guarantee, and will not be accepted for return, repair or refund.

If you find an item to be of the wrong size or you are unhappy with it for any other reason, you may return it in new, unused, unwashed, still-packaged condition within 30 days of purchase at your shipping expense.
