Prices are listed in US dollars, and payment accepted in US dollars, through Paypal only. Payment is due within 24 hours, or the order will be canceled and the item will be restocked. Funded, transfer, credit and debit cards all accepted.

I will ship items 1-5 business days after payment clears Paypal. Items will be shipped USPS to the address listed in Paypal only. It is your responsibility to ensure that this address is correct. Delivery Confirmation is required on all shipments. Insurance is optional, but recommended. I cannot be responsible for packages once I drop them off at the post office.

The international shipping rate option is for people in Canada only. If you are in another country, please email me for a rate quote.

If you purchase more than one item, I am happy to combine shipping. You can either pay for the items and I will refund excess shipping, or email me at tina@heartlanddreams.com for a combined quote.

You may return an unwashed, unworn item within 14 days of receipt, at your shipping expense, for a full refund of the purchase price. I will not refund or reimburse shipping charges.

It is ok, and recommended, that you try the item on (a clean baby, please) before using or washing. Please contact me prior to returning an item to explain why you wish to return it so I can be on the lookout for it. Refunds will be issued only after I receive the item. I will not accept items that have been washed or used.

I offer a 30-day guarantee against product defects if care instructions are followed correctly. Please contact me if there is a problem within this time period. I will attempt to fix the problem before exchanging for a new product. If the defect is not fixable, and affects the performance of the item, I will issue an exchange. With-in the 30 day guarantee period, I will reimburse you for shipping charges. After 30 days, I will be glad to repair wear and tear defects, however you will need to pay the shipping charges to send and receive the item.

Snaps, however are guaranteed for the life of the diaper. Within the first 6 months, I will pay shipping to the original owner to get the diaper to me and back to you. After 6 months, or to someone other than the original owner, I will still fix the snap at no charge, but shipping charges will be the responsibility of the owner.

I will offer custom slots on a limited basis as I have time. If you have need of custom work, feel free to contact me. I will let you know if I can work it in. I love working one-on-one with a mama to get just he right products for her and her baby. A deposit is required to hold your place on the custom's list. This deposit is refundable up to the point that we begin working out details of your custom.
Payment is required before I begin the work. Returns will be only allowed on a limited basis depending on the degree of customizations and re-saleability of the item. Measure carefully!

Care Instructions:A typical wash routine for cloth diapers begins with a cold rinse, followed by a hot wash with a small amount of detergent.  If you have hard water, adding Calgon or another water softener can be helpful.  A second rinse will help ensure the detergent has been rinsed fully.  Diapers may be line dried or dried in the drier on medium heat.  Occasionally drying PUL on a high heat setting will 'reseal' it and help prevent leaks.

Do not use bleach or fabric softener.

Please wash garments after you receive them (after trying on to be sure they fit!). Diapers or covers with PUL should be washed in hot water and dried on high to seal sewing holes.

Home Environment:Our home is pet and smoke free.

Please Note: I do my best to provide a quality item that I would like to own. I have been sewing since I was a young girl, however, I am not a professional seamstress. Imperfections may not be noticed by the untrained eye, but a seasoned seamstress may take note. Slight imperfections that do not affect function and are purely cosmetic will not warrant being listed as a second. Larger cosmetic imperfections will. I will not knowingly sell a product with an imperfection that would affect function.
