cars navigate a traffic jam on the 100% cotton interlock knit outer of
this cute newborn fitted. Cars are turquoise, aqua, lime and orange on
a soft yellow background. The inner is turquoise cotton poly velour
(cpv) for luxurious softness on baby's tender bum. Lime snaps add a
touch of fun.
Because toddlers tend to be super soakers, the extra large size comes with an extra 2-layer, lay in, snake-style soaker. This extra long soaker can be folded in half and laid between or under the snap in soaker for 4 extra layers of fleece. Or, fold in thirds for 6 layers and place in the wetzone.
The diaper has hip snaps to prevent wing droop and the wings cross-over for the best fit even on skinny babies.
To
prevent the hip snap from digging in to your baby's side when you are
no longer using the cross-over option, the diaper comes with a set of
my "Hip Popper Toppers". These squares of matching velour have a socket set in them that can snap over the hip snap. The
back is just soft velour against baby's skin. (The last picture shows
the Popper Topper in place on the diaper--note that this is a stock photo and not necessarily the diaper in the listing). These may be left in place
when laundering. If they get a little crinkled, a little stretching
and finger pressing flattens them out again.

Snap-in Contour Soaker
- A quick-dry, 2 petal soaker for easier cleaning and quicker
drying. Made up of bamboo fleece and topped with OBV. The back of the soaker has a signature appliqué heart made from the outer fabric to help match
things up on wash day.
Closure - front snaps with cross-over snaps for wider size range. Front panel snaps are hidden.
Diaper requires a separate cover (not included) to be waterproof.
Size table for Knit Fabrics (fabrics with stretch from side to side).
Diapers made from knit fabrics tend to fit a wider size range due to the stretch. The rise will
tend to be the most important measurement in deciding between size ranges.
It is possible for you child to wear a different size in knits and woven diapers.
