Generals conditions
All unused product in is original packaging can be returned within 7 days after receipt for a refund or an exchange.
Please note that the cost of shipping are not refundable and you must
return your items at your expense with tracking number. If you want an
exchange, you will have to pay the costs of shipping return except if
it's our error.
NO return or exchange will be accepted for a used item.
All the jewels have a 30 days warranty against defects.
*The peeling bark is not a defect but a result of normal use, since there is no coating on our natural hazelwood beads.
If your jewels broke or if you have any others problems with your
necklace, please return your jewels at our office. We will replace or
repair at our choice Please note that we offer this service only for
ours Hazelnecklace jewels.
We do not sell replacement parts and we do not refund a used product .
If your jewelry is unfortunately broken, it's your responsibility to
ship back your item to us as soon as possible. No repair, replacement
will be made for jewels in your possession for more than 30 days.
For reasons of hygiene,Diaper, insert, diaper cover, menstrual pad, Sea sponge tampon can not be returned.
We reserve the right to refuse to replace, repair or exchange goods if our conditions have not been met.
