We are partnering with a non-profit group for a fundraiser to benefit both our adoption fund and families in Haiti. The Apparent Project is a group helping support families in Haiti by empowering them to provide for themselves and rise out of poverty. This organization provides women a way to sustain themselves through the creation of unique and beautiful jewelry.

We have chosen to take part in the Legacy Project. Each bracelet was made by a single mother who has been diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer, and the money raised will be going towards the education and livelihood of her children after she has passed.

The bracelets are made of pink and gold beads. They are very well made, all include a metal tag with the name of the women who created the bracelet, and they come in individual gift bags with a card to share more information about the program.

I can ship anywhere in the U.S. or military bases overseas, and I can ship to Canada (shipping costs vary though--please email me directly at getbacktobasics1@gmail.com). I will ship either the same day or next day (if mail has already been picked up for the day) after an order is placed, so there is plenty of time to receive for Mother's Day if you're looking for a unique gift.

Thank you all for your support!
