I'm sorry, but you didn't respond to 'all of my e-mails' and there WAS NOT 10 of them..
The first day I contacted you was April 3, 2011 and I said

for $19.... There was no option for shipping? Is it paid for...?
and which you responded "yes it is postage paid. It will go out tomorrow! Thanks so much!"
Then I heard NOTHING about a DC# going out or anything so, on April 5, 2011 I wrote
":) Just making sure it went out!
and NOTHING again..... so I wrote ANOTHER e-mail on April 8, 2011 saying this
"I never heard back from you about the shipping and never got notified of shipment, so again I'm wondering if it went out!
and then you wrote this:
"I'm sorry this week has been horribly crazy around here with my teething clingy 18 month old son and my daughter being sick. I haven't gotten to the PO but am going this afternoon for sure. and then I didn't hear from you with a DC# or anything until I left negative feedback here on Spots...
Yeah, I understand that life gets crazy sometimes but when you are selling something to you should be a little more courteous in responding to their e-mails and getting their item out in a timely manner. I understand life gets crazy sometimes (we all have kids obviously) but please, please respond in a timely manner and get things out on time... if you don't have time to respond to my e-mails then you shouldn't be selling things. That's all. Sorry that I 'bothered you' and was 'pushy' I just when people pay money for something, most of them DO expect either their product or some kind of communication letting them know when they should expect to receive it.
I hate to leave negative feedback, but I believe that my side needs to be heard as well. I described my diaper accurately and the Ashley was not happy. I told her I would take the diaper back and refund her money when I received the diaper. She refused and demanded that I refund her BEFORE she sent the diaper back. When I very politely refused stating that this sort of thing isn't a normal return policy, she very rudely and abruptly opened a paypal dispute...Paypal then made her send the diaper back with DC before she got a refund. Hmm. Imagine that. SELLER BEWARE. She wants her way or the highway and will screw you any way she can. Come to think of it, I don't think any part of her communication was nice or even polite. Lots of capitalization and yelling. I would NOT EVER EVER EVER do business with her again.
