The diapers have been worn so many more times than twice. These are play condition diapers at best. The front velcro needs to be replaced on all but 3 due to the excessive use. All I simply asked was to return them and get a refund since they obviously were not descirbed correctly. Seller refused. I had to open a dispute to get this resolved, which is still pending with PayPal.
The worst part about this transaction is that the seller will not take accountability. She actually said to me, "not sure how where you thought they were like new." After her listing stated, "our baby girl outgrew these after only wesring them twice." NO mentioned of any use outside of these 2 times. She later fessed up to, "my best friend used them for a few weeks and we used them for 1 day."
To add insult to injury the seller REMOVED the listing from SPOTS completely. I believe this was to cover up her false statements. She also would not mark the item as paid so I could leave feedback. I had to contact SPOTS to get the listing information and the ability to leave feedback for this transaction.
I'm not new to cloth diapering and I know proper condition and these are extremely well used diapers. When the velcro is wooly in appearance and isn't even seperated anymore they have been used many, many times. The seller has made this really difficult and it is extremely frustrating to be lied to then be made to jump through hoops to get them returned and get my money back. This is not fair and she is NOT a good seller.

I removed the listing as I do with all items after they sell, so it does not cause confusion when people are looking through listings.
I didn't realize the item had to be marked as paid, I have sold many items before and have never had to mark them as paid, it automatically does it.
Paypal did not award in buyers favor. I personally called paypal and initiated the return because I felt it was the right thing to do. I noticed right away that paypal sent her the wrong address and called them back to have it corrected immediatly. I wish this could have been resolved between the two of us, I am extrememly easy to work with and pride myself on accuratley describing my items. The package was returned as undeliverable as address (which was the exact mailing address PayPal gave in their return instructions). She should have just given me her reutrn address since she knows what she sent to me doesn't match her description. This lady is terrible.

Seller has the diapers back and they are relisted. Yet this "honest" seller that just doesn't know where my claims are coming from still hasn't sent a refund for the diapers. A partial refund of $25 was offered after setting up the claim. A $25 refund still would have left me with bad diapers I would never use. I have to disagree that this seller is "easy to work with." It has been a real hassle to get my refund. The refund that I still don't have even after her getting the diapers, her relisting them, and me being out the shipping costs twice because of her wrong address issue with PayPal.
