Recieved costume on the 29th after paying for priority shipping , wasnt mailed until the 27th. Costume arrived with stuck on food and missing tulle , costume looked as if it has been used for awhile and was not in great shape for the cost of $45 . Immediatly PM'ed mama about sending back for full refund and she offered partial refund and I refused. She then stopped all contact with me , I mailed the costume back immediatly she refunded my costume less the shipping both ways ! I think she should have refunded shipping as well !!! I am out $10 extra dollars now. Will never do business again with this mama , horrible communication , horrible product issues.
