My item was not delivered in the time that I needed it to be because of this. When I tried to contact her to ask if I could be refunded the additional shipping that I paid, she did not respond. I HAVE REFUNDED THE BUYER HER EXTRA $2.86 in SHIPPING AS SOON AS I HAD NOTIFICATION OF THIS, AND IN NO WAY AM TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF SHIPPING PRICES.
