Quick to respond to emails and questions couldnt be more pleased! Product review: I LOVE my fluff balls! I use them exclusively and they have not only significantly cut my drying time but they have also lessened my static, especially on my microfiber inserts! I only need 2 fluff balls comapred to the 6-8 pvc dryer balls i was using before i got these, my clothes are softer even my rough cotton terry towels and hubbys jeans are soft.
