I had been eyeing this set for several days, and finally bought it. I was extremely pleased upon opening the package--the set is gorgeous, the pictures didn't even do it justice. The colors are beautiful and the sewing is amazing, really amazing! The set fits my daughter beautifully with a little growing room and she totally loves it. We often get compliments on this set when we are out. I will definitely be a repeat customer, if I get the opportunity. I have included a picture of my daughter in the set from Oct. '06

Customer service: Initially, customer service was fast. Shipping was great. However, I ran into a problem with these shoes. Not even two months after I purchased them, the seam started coming apart. I contacted Jess and she apologized and offered to replace them. We PM'd back and forth for about a month and I was waiting for fabric choices. I never got a picture of fabric choices. I spotted a pair in her in-stock store in dd's size so I offered to just take those so she wouldn't have to make a custom pair. She never responded.
Three months after my initial contact with her, I finally PM'd her again to ask whether I should expect the shoes or not. She PM'd back and said she would put a pair in the mail for me. This was two weeks ago and I still haven't received them.

Project Review:
We love these shoes! Benjamin has fat feet and I've had a lot of trouble finding any shoes that fit him, especially the soft soled kind I know his developing feet need. These were completely custom sized and fit superbly. Benjamin wore them all night to a wedding and didn't have any lines on his feet like he gets with all other shoes. I also like that they are lined with super soft material so if baby is sock-less they are still comfortable, which was another problem I was having with other soft-soled shoes. The materials and sewing are very high quality and appear extremely durable. I'll be back when B grows out of these for sure! |

The pants fit great over a cloth bum and the cuffs are cleverly designed so that the pants will fit for a long time. The mama cloth is a nice discreet size and is comfortable.
