When purchased: Feb 11, 2008 Item: Cashmere Pompom Hat Knit Kit Customer service: She was incredibly helpful. I had a problem where the items page was trying to make me buy needles even though there was supposed to be an option not to buy the needles.... When I contacted her through email she replied to me promptly and when the issue was resolved she sent me an email to let me know that she had fixed it. Then when she received my order she sent me a personal email to let me know that she had gotten my order and that she would be shipping it promptly. I had the knit kit in my hands within 4 days. Product review: The cashmere is the softest yarn I have ever felt! I took it to a friend who is a total yarn junkie and she said it was amazing. It is a beautiful soft pink. The pattern is easy to read and was printed on a nice thick cardstock and she even put it in a page protector to keep it from getting ruined.
