The seller states in her shipping policy that it may take up to three days for her to ship and I think that's reasonable. I paid for first class shipping, so around day 10 or 11 I was expecting my pkg which didn't arrive. I contacted the seller multiple times on her cart, via personal email, and on Diaper Swappers requesting info on whether my items were shipped or would be soon and I was not contacted. I never requested a refund, just the receipt of my fabrics. I filed a Paypal claim a couple days after and there was still no contact. When I escalated and pp got involved a shipping label was printed and I received my products. I don't know what happened here, but I'm very disappointed that I was completely unable to contact her at all and I had to go this far just to get what I ordered, 17 days after purchase. | | Product review: | I ordered several cuts of fabric which I am very happy with and are as described.
