When purchased: Mar 14, 2008 Item: Retro Cherries Wetbag & Lux Changing Pad Set-100%HC Money! Customer service: I bought the set per her HC$ special. After I sent PP for shipping, no communication at all. I tried contacting through her store and email address. When purchased: Dec 6, 2007 Item: Goldfish in Bags Chic Wetbag Set Customer service: Overall: neutral. Originally, item was lost in the mail. Seller was kind enough to offer to make and send another, but then fell out of contact. It took several emails before she responded, shipped, and then I didn't hear back from her after that. My item did arrive finally, and I was unable to contact her by email after that.
