I can't say enough wonderful things about Aly. After my earlier purhcase, I decided to get a wrap for my mom who has no hair because of chemotherapy. Aly worked with me to choose a fabric and wrap-size that would be appropriate for my mom's situation. She also re-wrote the instructions about how to put the wrap on, taking out the references to hair. I was so touched ... this was beyond any expectations.
