Excellent. I have never had better customer service from a WAHM. She contacted me and asked if I would be willing to test her products and immediantly sent them out. We kept up tons of communication and she answered all of my PMs/emails quickly. Not to mention I have never worked with such a nice WAHM. She was so friendly and sweet, and completely knowledgeable about diapers/covers and sewing.
Product reviews:
Covers: These are the best covers I have ever had (purchased or sewn by myself). They are completely breathable, yet work overnight with no wicking. And they are the softest covers ever. They leave no red marks and are pretty trim and fit under clothing. I really love these covers and hate the fact I only have 2 so far. The medium fits my 15 pounder and the large fits my 30 pounder, and both have room to spare. The fabrics are topnotch and the sewing is perfect. And they are just so beautiful!
Fitted diaper: This diaper is just gorgeous. It is blue corduroy and so soft and squishy. It is a medium and fits my 4 month old baby (the 15 pounder) with room to spare. It leaves no red marks and I have used it overnight and it is not soaked. It is quick dry and takes only one dryer cycle to dry. The fabrics are topnotched and the sewing is perfect. I love this diaper and it is just so cute and trim.
You can not go wrong ordering from Upsing Down Baby. I love her products and this WAHM is exceptional! I am one happy customer and I will be stalking her cart. |
