Specific items: Fleece ponchos (blue and red) for my large twin sons and a Cord (brown) and flannel (asian floral) poncho for my 2 year old.
Customer Service: The fleece ponchos arrived quickly, however, my sons' heads are very large and had difficulty getting them through the opening. Nita was very quick on making new ponchos to accomodate their large head size. She didn't even want the old ponchos back. Because the poncho for my daughter would not have as much stretch, she made sure the head opening was a proper fit.
Product review: Very fine serged pieces. Made custom to fit my sons' heads. Long enough to keep them warm from the house to the carseat as designed. My daughter's poncho is beautiful. Well-made. She wore it to a party and everybody complimented the look. It was made large enough to wear next winter, but not too large to swallow her up this winter. |

I bought a size 3T lounge set (pirate motif); flannel pants with white T-shirt with applique pirate.
Customer service:
Nita was incredibly responsive and clear in all communications and policies, and very quick to ship. I ordered a size 2T and opted for the customized inseam & waist measurements that she offers. Good thing I did! She quickly realized that those measurements were more appropriate for a 3T and whipped me up a new pair. No fuss, no muss. Tops in customer service.

Not only does my toddler love the lounge set, but it is extremely comfortable on him. Fabulous fit. The workwomanship (?) is great! The items were pre-washed so I don't have to worry about shrinking or stretching, and after a wash of my own, that proved true. The customized measurement option is a great feature for my long and lanky kiddo. A typical 2T or 3T doesn't always fit well. |
